When the template page opens, look at the upper left corner of your
toolbar.  Click File, then Save as...

A Save Web Page box pops up.

The Second dropdown box from bottom is called

Save as type:

Click the down arrow and select:

Web page, HTML only (*.htm, *.html)

Then Save . Remember where you saved it.

Then go back and save the images to same folder. Right click on
photo, choose Save Picture As...
